Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify $1B+ market opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-level executives with data-backed insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech and ethical AI frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong network with tech VCs, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
