Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and societal needs
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026+ markets
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-tech incubation programs
- Author thought leadership on technological singularity and human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in deploying emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, neurotech, or sustainable energy
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with systems thinking and scenario modeling
- Published research or patents in future-adjacent technologies
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
