The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own the technical architecture of our flagship products. You will bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring our applications are not only visually stunning but also robust and scalable. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software that delights our users.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance full-stack applications using modern frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to ensure high standards across the team.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application speed and user experience.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and reduce technical debt.
- Technical Strategy: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to advise the engineering leadership on technical direction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Go, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
