- Develop strategic frameworks for technology integration across business units
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build competitive intelligence reports on global tech trends and disruptors
- Design and manage pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI
- Maintain ecosystem partnerships with research institutions and startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to non-technical executives
- Portfolio of successful tech transformation initiatives
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
