- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies with 5+ year adoption horizons
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with corporate vision and investor expectations
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio, evaluating and prioritizing R&D initiatives across 3 continents
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices across all product development
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech forums, shaping industry standards for 2026 technology adoption
- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab focused on prototyping next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year commercialization cycles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience managing global R&D budgets exceeding $10M
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Futures Society)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
