Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with $5M+ innovation budget
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies (Web4, AGI, neurotech)
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry forums
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture and scalable system design
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/unicorns
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and exponential tech trends
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred

- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
