Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify transformative opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to co-develop next-generation innovations
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes to ensure proactive compliance strategy
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes technology investments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field
- Certification in emerging technology (e.g., Google Cloud AI, AWS Quantum) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology forecasting and innovation implementation
