Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI architectures that align with 2026 technological roadmaps and scalability requirements.
- Lead the development and deployment of large-scale Machine Learning models, including LLMs and Computer Vision systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure the highest standards of data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization to ensure real-time performance.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI research to integrate cutting-edge innovations into our product stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
