Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovation horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence)
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic engineering, etc.)
- Strong background in strategic planning and market analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
