Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on sustainable and ethical tech implementation
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems, or climate tech
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Experience building and scaling tech innovation labs within enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, IP frameworks, and ethical innovation standards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
