Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot and integrate next-gen technologies
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with tech startups, research labs, and academic institutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio balancing short-term wins and long-term breakthroughs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation roles
- Proven track record identifying and implementing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategies
- Executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-tech or innovation strategy
