Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, autonomous systems, and biotechnology convergence
- Establish innovation partnerships with leading research institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Architect scalable frameworks for next-gen cybersecurity and data privacy solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused technology disciplines
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or government innovation grants
- Deep understanding of emerging regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
