Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
