- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech) and assess business implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Manage innovation portfolio with $2M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Ensure ethical compliance and risk mitigation for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum/AI/blockchain/neurotech)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
