Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, decentralized networks)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into core business operations
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech pioneers
- Present future-tech insights to stakeholders and drive adoption across organizational units
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with commercial potential
- Monitor global tech disruptions and recommend proactive adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
