Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual R&D budgets for future-tech initiatives
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and executive leadership quarterly
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting technology deployment strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing government grants and private R&D funding
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Prior experience building future-tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
