Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to develop 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate and integrate next-generation technologies
- Develop quantitative frameworks for assessing technology ROI and market potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Oversee technology portfolio optimization and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Experience managing technology budgets >$50M
- Certifications in strategic planning or innovation management preferred
