Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product innovations aligned with company vision and market demands
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging engineering, design, and business teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with academic institutions and startups
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to position InnovateX at the forefront of innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of forward-thinking experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience building strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused technology initiatives
