Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and manage a network of industry innovators, researchers, and venture partners
- Oversee technology adoption frameworks ensuring scalability and ethical implementation
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and talent development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks and ethical AI governance
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in predictive modeling tools
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or Technology Strategy preferred
- Experience building and leading high-performance innovation teams
- Portfolio of successful technology commercialization case studies
