Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype next-gen tech solutions (quantum algorithms, neuro-interfacing, climate AI)
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to accelerate 2026 tech roadmaps
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (AI governance, biometric privacy)
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants through visionary whitepapers and demos
- Partner with global institutions to shape tech policy standards
- Drive commercialization of 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor future technologists through our Quantum Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years R&D
- Proven track record of shipping disruptive tech (patents/products)
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate AI
- Experience securing government/VC funding for moonshot projects
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Deep understanding of global tech ethics frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio of 5+ prototype innovations with real-world impact
