- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Author white papers on ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Drive adoption of blockchain solutions for supply chain transparency
- Lead patent development for at least 3 groundbreaking innovations annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record of launching scalable AI systems processing petabytes of data
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 cybersecurity frameworks
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Strong network in global tech innovation communities
- Experience with biotech-AI convergence projects
