Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) targeting 2026 adoption
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype next-gen solutions
- Identify and mitigate ethical, security, and scalability risks in futuristic tech ecosystems
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior engineers in future-tech methodologies and thought leadership

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record delivering breakthrough technologies with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or grants
