Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum AI integration and sustainable computing systems
- Partner with product teams to translate theoretical innovations into market-ready solutions
- Secure $2M+ annual research funding through government and private partnerships
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging tech methodologies
- Publish white papers and speak at global tech conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling experimental technologies to production environments
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Strong background in securing federal grants and venture capital for futuristic projects
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience leading international research consortia
