Key Objectives:

Responsibilities
- Design and implement the long-term technical strategy for our AI ecosystem, specifically targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in developing next-generation machine learning pipelines and data pipelines.
- Conduct architectural reviews to ensure system scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate abstract 2026 vision into concrete technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for AI security, data privacy, and model explainability.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) to integrate into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations and technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized identity protocols is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
