- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential commercial applications
- Develop implementation roadmaps with clear milestones and risk mitigation protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and ethical tech development
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and strategic reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and distributed systems
- Proven track record of leading complex R&D projects from concept to deployment
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and sustainable design
- Certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Agile methodologies
- Experience with strategic technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
