Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, cryptography, and distributed systems
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML models to enterprise-level deployments
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and smart contract development
