Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen systems integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic processors, and decentralized AI networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping technologies with 5+ year market impact potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech integrations
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and incubate emerging startups
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Establish governance protocols for human-AI symbiotic workflows
- Conduct horizon-scanning research in nanotechnology and climate-positive engineering
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record shipping production systems using quantum or neuromorphic tech
- Expertise in federated learning and decentralized architecture patterns
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Deep understanding of ISO 21434 and IEEE 7000 standards for ethical AI
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies achieving commercial viability
