- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps for quantum AI integration and sustainable tech
- Lead incubation of breakthrough technologies from concept to MVP
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for future-focused projects
- Represent company at global tech summits and patent initiatives
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching scalable innovations
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate trends into actionable plans
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and business domains
