Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and next-gen neural interfaces
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making
- Design and conduct experiments with cutting-edge quantum hardware
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on human-AI symbiosis projects
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into patentable technologies
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of PhD researchers and engineers
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and exclusive industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Neuroengineering from Tier 1 institution
- 5+ years in applied research with peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in quantum algorithms or neural network optimization
- Proficiency with Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic hardware
- Experience securing federal research grants ($1M+ preferred)
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized AI/quantum technologies
- Deep understanding of existential risk mitigation in AI development
