Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech integration)
- Drive innovation sprints with engineering and product teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging threats/opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology strategy to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in competitive analysis and market intelligence
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or equivalent innovation methodology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for tech initiatives
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
