Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption across industries
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate future-ready architectures into current workflows
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish vendor partnerships and R&D collaborations for next-gen infrastructure development

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
