Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML implementations or quantum computing projects
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology evolution
- Deep knowledge of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
