Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling ventures through paradigm-shifting technological shifts
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, AGI safety, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $100M+ R&D budgets from public/private sources
