Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype 2026-era solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for next-generation technology landscapes
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Present strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum systems, AGI ethics, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to commercial launch
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., foresight, scenario planning) preferred
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
