- Manage innovation pilots and evaluate vendor/partner technologies for strategic integration
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Monitor global tech policy/regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience building tech roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
