Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business growth targets
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and their market viability
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for future challenges
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate strategic technology initiatives
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and secure buy-in for major investments
- Build strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
