Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including AI ethics and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-computer interfaces and immersive computing platforms
- Collaborate with policy experts to shape regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor a team of 5+ researchers and engineers in cutting-edge development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Published research in IEEE journals or equivalent tier publications
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or corporate innovation budgets
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's venture and research communities
