Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 market disruption
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial solutions
- Present strategic technology briefings to investors and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and market impact
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for business strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling quantum/AI initiatives to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two of: biotech convergence, AR/VR ecosystems, or decentralized networks
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
