Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 innovation horizons
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI/ML, quantum computing, and IoT integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen cybersecurity and data governance
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor R&D teams in rapid prototyping and agile innovation methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: Generative AI, blockchain, AR/VR, and autonomous systems
- Proven track record of launching award-winning tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar journals
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI analysis
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
