Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry trends and business objectives
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to deployment
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technology ROI and innovation impact
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and industry forums
- Mentor junior team members in strategic thinking and technology foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex project portfolios
- Deep understanding of global tech markets and competitive landscapes
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
