- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend forecasting for tech disruption
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for future technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in scaling technology from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with technology ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance
