Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with organizational vision and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to assess viability and integration opportunities
- Lead scenario planning for global tech disruptions and geopolitical impacts on digital ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk assessments
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technology architects
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic execution and innovation portfolio health
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certifications in technology forecasting or strategic planning (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) a plus
