Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Forge partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups
- Conduct competitive analysis and threat assessments in emerging tech domains
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
