Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and ethics teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design and validate prototype solutions for climate, healthcare, and sustainability challenges
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum security
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-backed insights
- Partner with academic institutions and government labs for collaborative R&D
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology applications
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Track record of launching minimum viable products in emerging tech spaces
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) a plus
