- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Foster an experimental culture through rapid prototyping and innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-level leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Technology Foresight, or equivalent strategic foresight methodology
- Experience with regulatory tech compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, evolving AI governance)
