Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic partnerships with global research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI for future-focused initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-defining innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience pitching to Fortune 500 boards
- Published research or patents in at least one emerging technology domain
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
