- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on commercialization pilots
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic risk modeling
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
