Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Build and manage a network of futurists, researchers, and academic partners
- Drive scenario planning for technological disruption and regulatory shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to enterprise level
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI analysis
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (white papers, patents, or industry talks)
