- Drive innovation through partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present strategic technology visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in emerging technologies
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and strategic partnerships
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advocate for innovation-friendly frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from top-tier institution
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience securing government grants and corporate R&D partnerships
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
