Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in tech regulation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
- Partner with academic institutions to establish future-tech research consortia
- Author thought leadership pieces published in IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or equivalent thought leadership
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on digital transformation
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred for global stakeholder engagement
